Poloxamer 407 is a nonionic triblock copolymer surfactant. It works by self-assembling into micelles and thermoreversible gels, providing solubilization, stabilization, and temperature-dependent viscosity control in cosmetic and personal care formulations.

Can be used as a solubilizer and emulsifier. 
Forms clear, thermoreversible gels. 
Thickener and gelling agent.
